These terms govern your engagement with North Visionary Relations. By working with us, you agree to them.
We provide custom website design, development, ongoing care, and strategic brand consulting. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in your individual service agreement.
Deposits secure your project timeline and are non-refundable once development begins. For one-time builds, the remaining balance is collected after your live walkthrough and domain registration. Monthly care plans may be canceled at any time; the current billing cycle is non-refundable. Full details are provided in your service agreement before signing.
Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due as outlined in your service agreement. Ongoing care continues until you cancel.
You agree to provide timely content, feedback, and approvals, and to supply accurate information and materials you have the right to use. Delays in providing these may affect your timeline.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds in your service agreement. Additional revisions may be quoted separately. Final approval of the site rests with you before launch.
Upon final payment, you receive ownership of the final website content and assets created for you. Third-party tools, fonts, and stock media remain subject to their respective licenses.
Our services are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for issues arising from third-party services, content you provide, or events outside our control.
Either party may end the engagement as outlined in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to that point remain due.
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always posted here with an updated date.
